Holm Oak Mediterranean Smoker Recommended for: red meat and game, stews and meat steaks. TO USE: Arrange the pan on top of the grill and just below the heat source. The pan will begin to release the most delicate flavors from the mixture within 3-5 minutes of contact with the heat source. In 15-20 minutes after contact with the heat source it will start to emit smoke. The smoke will gradually increase in volume until it reaches 35-40 minutes, at which point all the mixture in the pan will have charred.
