The smoke from the quebracho chips is reminiscent of hot spice flavors and caramel notes. It is very balsamic and aromatic.
Indicated to give a masterful and magical touch to charcoal or gas grills or can even be used for conventional ovens.

USE
The method of use is simple, the chips are moistened about 20 minutes before they are used and placed directly on the coal or in a smoker, so that the smoke of this wood permeates the food.
